A detached self contained annexed house with d'ble bedroom ,shower room , and large combined lounge/ diner ,and kitchen area. Own entrance .Tastefully appointed with reasonable style. Overlooks garden wi small terr. area. Driveway pkg. Min 3 nights The property is in a semi rural location about 3 miles from Bath and 2 miles from Bradford on Avon .. Access to both main towns is pretty easy both by car and by bus . The bus stops are about 30 metres from the house( D1 bus every 30mins or so) This is a two storey annex adjacent the main house. There is a large driveway area that serves both buildings. The entrance to the annex is down a flight of stone steps (circa 14 steps). The main door enters the combined lounge / diner/ kitchen area. The internal shower room is on the same level as the lounge/diner with an internal flight of oak stairs up to the main double bedroom. A spare single bed is sited under these stairs. This bed has no specific privacy but is suitable for the occasional use of a third person not requiring their own room. The kitchen area is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, ceramic sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, and washing machine. Pots, pans, plates , and cutlery are provided The bathroom contains a wc, basin, bidet, and large 1500 shower, complete with head shower and body washers . Their is a further double bedroom within the annex. This is not available to guests. The room has its own independent entrance to avoid disturbance. Access keys will be available in a key safe at the bottom of the stone steps There will be little or no interaction with visiting guests. This is a lovely part of the world . Its benefits from being close to both Bath and Bradford on Avon (and all they have to offer), yet is out in the countryside, with many lovely walks including along the Kennet and Avon canal and River Avon The property is located about 3 miles from Bath , midway between Bath and Bradford on Avon. Car access to both places is very easy. Equally, there is a bus stop about 30 yards from the property with regular services(D1) into Bath and Bradford on Avon. The Kennet and Avon Canal is located nearby, with walks along the towpath to both Bath and Bradford on Avon. Cycling, including bike hire, along the tow path is extremely popular. Access is safe but the main door is down at the bottom of some wide, but not particularly steep, stone steps, which may prove problematic for the infirm. No television is provided ..
