LARGE 4 bedroom house, easy access town/Cotswolds

Cosy Victorian house for big groups of family and friends. It’s in a great spot - close to Montpellier, cafes, bars and shops. Easily accessible from M5 motorway (junction 11). Off road parking, outside terrace, proper cooks kitchen, with three dining tables which can be set up to suit for large group dining. The house has lots of space, a mix of quirky and unconventional decor. Comfortable beds and good bed linen! The place is yours from 5pm onwards on arrival day, to 11am on departure day. I make sure everyone feels welcome and is comfortable. The house was built in 1847 and guests love the relaxed style - I want people to really feel at home. Sitting room with original fireplace (currently not in use). The house is traditional, quirky, imperfect, cosy, welcoming. Great kitchen to cook / eat in. Outside terrace for relaxing / eating. It is a proper comfortable family home. Bedrooms are comfortable, with quality bedding and plenty of quilts. I love to mix colours and patterns, along with the odd vintage piece. (If you want all white hotel style, this is not the place for you). I aim to meet guests on arrival to make sure they have everything they need for a great stay. I live locally and make myself available 24/7 to make sure guests are happy. Anything I’ve overlooked, or that isn’t right, message me and I will attend to it straight away. PRIVACY - We respect guests privacy and want you to feel at home. We do, however, expect guests to let us know IMMEDIATELY if there is something they are unhappy with. Our housekeeping team work hard to prep the house as well as we can, and to anticipate guests requirements, but neither we, nor the house are perfect! There is another guest apartment on the basement level (below the main house, and they have their own separate entrance) We stipulate NO PARTIES - by this we mean NO LOUD NOISE late in the evening or early morning. (N.B - For guest security there is a motion camera on front of the building)
