Beautiful sunny ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. We are perfectly positioned - a stones throw away from Totnes Castle, good restaurants, pubs, museums and street markets on Fridays and Saturdays. You are only 5 minutes on foot from Totnes Station. Our spacious and comfortable accommodation in Totnes is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are large and airy with beautiful oak floors throughout; the bed is comfortable and the shower is great. Our apartment is really well placed for visiting the many coastal beaches and resorts or exploring Dartmoor or the cities of Exeter and Plymouth. This is a main door ground floor apartment. You will be able to access the key via a key safe upon arrival. We live in the apartment above. We will help you with anything we can during your stay. Totnes is an Elizabethan market town. The apartment is a stone's throw away from the Civic Square where a fantastic market sets up every Friday and Saturday. There is also a Good Food Market every third Sunday of the month. We are at the bottom of the hill near the castle the town features boutiques, antique shops, bookstores, vintage stores, the medieval Totnes castle and many charity shops. Totnes is surrounded by beautiful, lush countryside. The River Dart passes through the town and there are many walks and footpaths you can take for a stroll. Access to beaches and Dartmoor is possible by bus or car. We are a 5 minute walk from the Totnes Station and the bus stop from where you can travel to Torbay, Plymouth, Exeter and beyond. There are boats which take travellers to Dartmouth along the River Dart from Steamer Quay. If you drive, we have many long and short stay car parks close to the apartment. We do have an allocated parking space for a small car. There is an allocated parking space for a small car to the rear of the apartment. One small well behaved dog is welcome but he or she can't be left in the property by themselves and are not permitted upstairs. Please mention your pet when booking. There is an £10.00 a night charge per pet. At present, if you have to cancel due to Covid-19 restrictions, then a full refund will be made, if outside of 24 hours prior to arrival.
