Spacious double room in elegant home with garden

The house has only just been refurbished from top to bottom. It is minimalist, airy, bright, spacious & a tad girly. The open space kitchen, dining room and living room gives onto a secluded garden. You will be sharing the place with me and potentially with an other airbnb guests from somewhere around the globe. The bedroom is spacious and luminous. It is fitted with a standard double bed, a wooden desk, a pink armchair, a bedside table with draws, a spacious wardrobe with a chest of drawers. Spacious, luminous, sparkling crisp white with touches of soft colours. A tad girly with all its pink furnishings! All the common rooms give onto a lovely south facing garden. No smoking/vaping at anytime anywhere on the premises. No pets. All guests are to work from their bedroom at all time as quietly as possible. No extra guests will be allowed unless paid & booked for. You can use the bathroom of course and all the other common spaces with parsimony: living room, dining room and the kitchen. furthermore, there is a seperate toilet downstairs Note: 1. As we will often be 3 in the house, I ask the kitchen to be used as little as possible and for dishes to be washed and put away immediately after the cooking is done. 2. I particularly dislike strong cooking smells (ie spices and certain vegetables...). I will be around most of the time. I am happy to socialise with my guests but I am also happy to let them be and can make myself scarce. I feel privileged to live in this friendly multi racial neighbourhood. Stratford, not only has the Westfield shopping center but also, a plethora of family owned small restaurants, bars, shops. It is also conveniently accessible from London center via Overground, tube lines (central line, jubilee line) and to Canary wharf via the DLR and the jubilee line. My house is 15 mn walk away from Stratford station. Alternatively you could take a Uber which might cost you under £8. There is a lovely park a minute walk away from the house. The westfield centre is but a stone throw away with its plethora of shops, restaurants and bars. And you will be spoiled for choice of activities at The Olympic Park.
