Margerita | In Historical Cospicua

A small, completely renovated house of character, in a quiet part of Cospicua, one of the famous three cities. Consists of a kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, complete with a spare toilet. Wooden stairs lead to a bedroom on the first floor, which also boasts a large shower area and a separate toilet. Bedroom has a balcony overlooking the street. Stairs continue to the roof with an area where one can sit and enjoy a glass of wine, or two ! Ideal for couples.....not suitable for children. The space is ideal for a couple wanting to get away for a few days. It is big enough for comfort but not too big which can make a place cold and uninviting. We are based in Zabbar, which is a short 5 minute drive from Bormla. We will be pleased to offer assistance with regards to places of interest, tours and all that you will need to make your stay as easy as possible. We are just a phone call away. We will also be happy to collect you from the airport on arrival, if this is possible. On request. We are in old Bormla, a few minutes walk to the sea where one can take the ferry to Valletta. The promenade along the sea has been recently renovated and has coffee bars, restaurants and shops. Birgu, another of the three cities, is right next door and full of restaurants, wine bars and historical places. Parking is usually not a problem as there is parking available in the streets. The nearest bus stop is a couple of minutes walk and buses will take you to Valletta from where you can connect all over Malta. Highly recommended is the excellent ferry boat service linking the 3 cities to Valletta. There is a small convenience shop just around the corner from the house where one can buy milk, bread, wine, beer, fruit, general groceries and toiletries, etc. Bus stops are near and the historical centre of Birgu is a pleasant 5 minute walk away.
