Hi everyone - the property is a renovated 1920's cottage in a classic Brisbane tradition with the addition of a 9m pool out the back door to beat-off the hot summer days. The property is located in an internationally registered "green-belt" on the outskirts of the Brisbane CBD - plenty of parks, walks, bike paths, transport and 6klms to the city centre. Guests have access to all the house, pool and garden surrounds. We live close - so any problems can be immediately dealt with in person and communication is easy via the Airbnb app. We have the Botantic Gardens/Planetarium at the end of the street and Mt.Coo-tha lookout just up the road. The area is a very green and picturesque part of inner Brisbane providing guests with plenty of nearby activities and options. Guests have easy access to bike tracks, walkways, plenty of bus transport, cheap Uber fares to the CBD, the Toowong river terminal - all as a means of "getting around".
