Design&safe flat, 3min to metro & stade de France!

Very nice flat, modern and brand new inside. Very close (3min max) to the metro ligne 13 to go quickly to Paris. Really well equiped and nicely decorated ! 1st floor ! Saint-Denis would be the Brooklyn / Bronx of Paris. Very animated, I like that there are always people in the streets, hope you will too! The flat is close to the Basilique, and not far from Stade de France. It is direct to go to Champs elysées, Opéra, or to Montparnasse. You also have a wonferful parker 7minutes away if you come with kids and want to relax ! The wi-fi works really well, you can use the washing machine, the kitchen, ... I make excellent cookies :-) The flat is quiet big (76sqm) so you'll be perfect ! You will have access to everything, just for you and only you! I am always available even if we probably won't meet in person. Im always near my phone if you need anything, tips on the city, on transport, etc. ! The area is eclectic, many people on the streets, so when you come back late it's never empty and always safe🙃 There is a huge supermarket 3min way, cheap ! And metro is also 3min away. Be sure to enter the Basilique where all French Kings are buried and is just 3min away as well, and to walk in Parc de La Legion d'honneur if you want to. RER is also 8-10min away and brings you in 6min to Gare du Nord. 3 min from metro, and 10 from RER which is better for Disneyland. Only 20min away from CDG airport so taxi will be cheaper than public transport to come !! Lucky you ! Unfortunately very hard to park in the area so I do not encourage people coming by car to choose this flat unless if they are willing to park the car in a safe parking 15minutes away or in the streets! I can accept 9 people if there are children given that the green sofa is not to be used as a bed usually but is comfortable and suites someone smaller than 1m55.
