“Villa Mimosa” is a modern villa, brand-new, close to the beaches of Diano Marina and San Bartolomeo al Mare. The villa is for exclusive use, perfect for families and groups of friends. Maximum capacity: 8 people. It has a garden, a porch with a long table and a barbecue, for al fresco dining with the whole family and friends. Sunbeds and umbrella. Private parking, inside the property, behind a security gate. Air conditioning. Spacious and finely decorated, on two levels (+ a 3rd level, the garage) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. About the location: the villa is in a flat area, the only uphill is the short access ramp to the house. Beaches are easily reachable on foot, in a few minutes (nearest equipped beach: 750 meters. By taking a shortcut, crossing on the old railway track: 500 meters). Tip: we suggest renting some city bikes, that will make it even easier and faster to reach the coast of Golfo Dianese and your preferred beach. Moreover, for cycling lovers and mountain-bikers, we can suggest some panoramic routes in the surroundings. For an unforgettable night, you can book our Personal Chef, who will prepare you a typical Italian meal, or your preferred menu! We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival. - if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer.
