Caves Beach House is a spacious home just 5 minutes walk to the patrolled section of magnificent Caves Beach. Looking for a weekend escape or base for the school holidays, Caves Beach House is perfect for a large family or two couples with kids. Sliding doors open onto a big deck with outdoor setting, gas BBQ, sun lounges and ocean views. Sit back with a glass of wine, watch the birds and listen to the waves roll in. For those who love to cook, the kitchen has all you will need, including a full range of utensils, sufficient cutlery, crockery and glassware for two families, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms including one Queen room with ensuite. There are two double rooms and main bathroom with bath. Downstairs is perfect for kids or those young at heart. The space also functions perfectly for a second family. The bedroom features bunk beds for children and is adjacent to bathroom/laundry. There is a large adjoiningTV/rumpus room with a double pull out sofa bed. Glass sliding doors open onto a sunroom with pool table, lounge, bar table and bar fridge. After a day at the beach, wash all that salt and sand off in the outdoor shower, compete with hot water. High quality linens and towels are provided. Enjoy a large private backyard with plenty of space for a game of cricket. There is also a secure garage with internal access. For rainy days or a quiet afternoon there is a library of DVDs, books, toys and games and of course the pool table. For those travelling with young children we are able to provide a travel cot, high chairs, safety gate for stairs and change table. The property is just 15 minutes walk to Caves Beach Shops where you'll find an excellent cafe, butcher, take-away store, IGA supermarket, gelateria and the Caves Beach Hotel. We are an easy 5 minutes drive to Swansea Centre with Woolworths, Coles, Dan Murphy's, 24 hour service station and all facilities you will need. Or just further up the road you'll find Blacksmiths Beach, home to the NSW Surf Life Saving Championships and one of the best bakeries on the coast! Caves Beach House is also a perfect base for a day trip to the Hunter Valley where you can enjoy world class wineries and concerts. Special event coaches depart just up the road at the Caves Beach Hotel. Please note that in Caves Beach mobile phone coverage can be patchy.
