In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a couch seating area, which is additionally equipped with a second double bed. Furthermore the apartment has a well equipped fitted kitchen as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and thus offers space for 4 persons. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite television as well as a high chair and a travel cot for children between 3 and 4 years of age (upon request). There are also unique hiking trails, which lead you through the nearby high moorland area, Kendlmühlfilze. The nearby mountains Hochplatte, Hochgern, Hochlerch and Hochfelln offer various mountain and hiking tours, both with and without lift assistance. In winter, the cross-country skiing trail passes directly by the house. Lake Chiemsee can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car where you can swim in the refreshing water on warm summer days. The Reifinger Badesee Lake where you can bathe during the summer is also just a 20-minute walk from the apartment (1.7 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Cats and dogs are allowed for an extra charge of 6 € per day. Tourist tax should be paid on-site. In Grassau, the tourism tax per day and per person is € 1.00 for adults, for children and teenagers from the age of 6 until the age of 18 € 0,50. Children up to the age of 6 are free of charge.
