The 2 floors have a light and contemporary deco style and are the perfect place for your holidays because the house is really close to the beaches and the train station, gardens, museums and also the Marina. The house is less than 5 minutes walk from the center of the village, so we recommend you to move around on foot, by bike, or scooter. For those who come by car, you should know that parking is free from 10pm to 9am, but is paid during the day in practically the entire village of Cascais. Note that: - We will meet you at the apartment upon your arrival and if you have any questions or need assistance, we will be happy to help you during your stay. The checkin is flexible until 8p. m., after that will be made remotely. - Our guests should be aware that we have the legal obligation to report to the Immigration and Borders Service, the information about who is staying at our properties. So We kindly ask you to complete the bulletin you are asked to by email. - Another important aspect is that Cascais has a Municipal Tourist Tax of € 2 per adult (+13) per night that we kindly ask you to pay.
