Close to a small groceries store and amazing swimming pool (3 min walk). 10 minute drive to down town and bus stop 1 min away. The neighborhood is family friendly and peaceful. Popular outdoors hiking area in Elliðaárdalur Valley next to the apartment. A good place to enjoy everything Reykjavik has to offer. The flat is on 1st floor with two sleeping rooms, kitchen, living room with a dining area sofa and TV. There is a balcony from the living room and a patio from the sleeping room. There is one big sleeping room with a double bed and the possibility of a baby bed and one small sleeping room with a sleeping sofa.
