Located opposite Wickham Park and surrounded by cafe's, restaurants, and bike paths. Choose between cosmopolitan Beaumont Street, scenic Honeysuckle precinct, or rejuvenated City Centre for a myriad of dining and drinking options. With plenty of public transport available (5 minute walk to Hamilton Train Station) our house is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. Pets are also welcome in the fully fenced backyard and undercover deck. Access to entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house, fully fenced yard, free Wifi, Netflix, Optus Pay TV, air conditioner plus ceiling fans. Bedroom configuration is 1 x king bed, 1 x double bottom / single top bunk bed, and 1 x double bed. An additional single mattress is also able to be provided on request. As little or as much required. There's something for everyone, from cafes, restaurants, boutiques, antique shops, beaches, parks, bike tracks. We are lucky enough to have it all. Approx 5 minutes walk from Hamilton train station, plenty of bicycle paths nearby, bus stops, and close to the light rail and transport interchange. Can also provide access to bikes, trailer for children, and helmets on request. Easy bike ride all the way through to Newcastle's beautiful beaches, cafes etc.
