Charming Family Home 2mins from Roath Park

A superb large four bedroom family home within walking distance of the beautiful Roath park and lake. The period home is tastefully designed and immaculate. Four double bedrooms and two bathrooms will ensure a comfortable stay. The walled garden encourages alfresco dining in summer while the log burner is perfect for cosy winter nights. As this property is a family home we will not be taking bookings from large groups of young people on stags/hens, etc. Family groups only please, thank you. A gorgeous hallway will welcome you to the property with original floor tiles and carved balustrade. The front room with bay window leads to a panelled diningroom with access to an open plan kitchen and then an informal livingroom. The laundry and sports room leads to the shower room and opens onto a walled garden with outdoor seating. All four bedrooms contain double beds and are beautifully furnished to suit the age of the house. The upstairs bathroom comes with free standing bath while the downstairs shower-room has a shower. There is also a private study available. Free roadside parking is available plus we will leave you one visitor's permit for the resident bays. You are also welcome to open the roller shutter which opens to the back alley if that is easier for you to offload your car. We will be contactable by phone, text and email throughout the duration of your stay. Fantastic location for getting out to the hills surrounding Cardiff or heading into the city centre, both a 10 minute drive/Uber away. A number of cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.
