The array of pictures truly represents the home’s atmosphere. From the winter garden, you will enjoy the scenic view over the Coteaux that recently entered the Unesco World Heritage. You could also have a game with Patrice on the tennis court, use the Jacuzzi to relax or even have an authentic Champagne tasting in atypical conditions. Visitors of one night or more will have access to the 170 M² of the apartment, from the cellar to the park, from the tennis court to the whirlpool in total freedom On your arrival, we will welcome you with a glass of champagne to present us, answer all your questions and offer you some surprises to enhance your stay. The Champagne Avenue sparkles for champagne as the Avenue Montaigne in Paris or the 5th Avenue of New York are shining fashion. The Avenue and the basement (120km cellar) are listed as UNESCO World Heritage since 2014. There is a parking space in the main courtyard and it is very easy to park in the Avenue. If you come by train to Epernay or the TGV station Champagne-Ardenne, we will pick you up by car (Maximum 4 people).
