The home includes a KING size bed with quality linen, warm soft doona, Alpaca blankets plus 2 (Website hidden by Airbnb) your here for work a desk can be configured into the space, or if your travelling with an infant a cot & linen can be set up.The kitchen includes microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine & induction hot plate. The bathroom is Gorgeous & provides LUXE Moooi toiletries, hairdryer, hair straightener & bath robes. The tiny house is at the rear of the property. Drive straight in onto the turning circle and follow the 'Tintin' signs. 2 cars can be parked on site & You can come and go as you please. Access is by a key code given out once your booking is complete. Privacy is assured but if you need any help or info about the tiny house or the area I'm only a text away. Live Local? 'Tintin' is on the outskirts of the city, NOT IN THE CITY but it's only a short drive. Your enjoyment & privacy is My No 1 Priority! Peaceful surrounds and walking tracks, Coffee Shops & specialty stores all within walking distance. Listen for the sound of the birds at sunset & sundown.There is a BBQ on the deck & you can order prepared meats & salads prior to your arrival. If your driving its only 6 Kl to Sovereign Hill and a further 2 to the city of Ballarat.Walking around the neighborhood & 'Federation University' is gorgeous.The quaint village of Buningyong is a 25 minute walk along a tree lined track. If you just want to relax & read with a coffee or wine simply walk out the door and sit on the verandah.Tintin is the perfect couples retreat or if your travelling alone and working on your latest book! when you arrive drive straight in onto the turning circle and park in front of the line behind the SECOND 'Tintin' sign. The designated off street area can park 2 cars.The gravel pathway leads to the tiny house. Self check in with key code after 3pm.If you arrive late at night the property is well lit & signage is easily seen. We have a 9yr old hound X named Emi. She's totally harmless & LOVES a pat. If she barks don't be concerned just call her over
