Bright airy room in newly renovated home. Guests love staying here due to its close connections to transport (metro link and busses 10 mins into Manchester City centre) and the M62. we are 5 minutes from Heaton park which is great to walk around plus the area has local independent bars and restaurants. A Large double room, recently decorated with minimalistic / boho look. The room is part of a two bedroom house which has been fully refurbished to a high standard. You will have access to a shared bathroom, which is directly outside of the bedroom door. This is shared with both my partner and I who live at the property. There is also a large dining room for guests to use and garden to relax in during the summer. Due to the current covid 19 pandemic, we are often working at home. Whilst our home is lovely it is not huge and therefore based on experience suggest that our accommodation is most suitable for individuals who are travelling for work or short stays. The property can also be easily accessed by public transport (metro link -5 min walk from Heaton park station) or busses abs a taxi from central Manchester is about £5-8 (off peak times) Dave and I are always contactable either in person, through the app and we also provide our telephone number upon arrival so can easily be reached if needed. Prestwich is a thriving area with lots of individual bar and restaurants popping up all over the place. It is also home to some great green spaces, Heaton park, Prestwich clough, Phillips park to name a few.
