Well furnished apartment, located in the heart of Phu My Hung, just 15 mins away from the bustling city of Saigon. Modern, Private, Secure. It's foreign friendly, near many venue for all your needs and surrounded by a quiet and lovely neighborhood. This apartment is part of a 5 floors building located in Phu My Hung. The apartment comes with wifi, 24/7 security and all the general amenities. The apartment has two bedrooms included a Queen sized bed in each, a kitchen with a fridge, stove, has a small grill, microwave. There's also the leisure corner with a TV, wifi, comfy couch, air conditioning. A supermarket right downstairs and they can deliver straight up to your room! The number is provided in the pamphlet below the TV. We provide cleaning services and laundry services. The apartment building is open 24/7, although getting in late at night requires the security guards to open the door for you after they check your IDs. There's also always the security guards down stairs so there will always be help around Phu My Hung is a prestige and well known neighborhood in Saigon. It has many parks, quiet and secure. Along with it, 2 malls, lots of shops and restaurants shop Walking distance to two biggest malls in Ho Chi Minh: Vivo City and Crescent Mall There's a supermarket right next to the front door. 5 minutes walk to a wide range of restaurants, coffee shops, bars... 15-20 minutes travel by cab to town. General Taxi meter is 15,000 VND per km (~$0.75) If you have a 3G sim card then do use uber. It is cheaper and can be very convenient. "Grab" - which is uber but with motobike - is also a choice. If you need to get around fast, then hail a "xe om" (hug car/bike) a motorbike taxi. If you need to get to town very cheaply, then the most comfortable and safest way is to use the PMH transit bus. It will cost you around 15,000 VND (~$1) The bus picks up every hour intervals (7,8,9,10,---) The easist way for me to describe the pick-up location for you is: Get out of the building, turn left, left at the intersection then wait by the security post. The bus is a small bus with a big Phu My Hung sign on it. Please message me if you need any more details! Cleaning and laundry service is beginning from 01pm until 06pm per day (except Sunday). Please inform us before 01pm per day for laundry. It costs 5usd/ per time for cleaning service and 1.5usd/1kg for laundry service
