Room with 15 m2 with a shared bathroom in a 200 m2 apartment located on a third floor with elevator and free and easy parking right in front of the door. The check-in is made by code so you can enter at any time. If you prefer, we will be there waiting for you. Located in the Urbanização do Neudel in Alfragide, 5 minutes from the Damaia junction, where 3 of Lisbon's main motorways meet allowing quick access by car to Lisbon and Sintra. Room with 2 single beds that can join and form a double bed. It is a large room that have a work desk and a built-in wardrobe. This room share a bathroom on the main corridor with other room, With access to the WI-FI network, it is an excellent solution for professionals on the go. The apartment is new, was built in 2014 and consists of: - 1 suite of 20m2 with private bathroom; - 2 bedrooms of 15 m2; - 1 bathroom shared by the 2 rooms; - 1 Kitchen equipped with 20m2; - 1 room with 60m2 with sofas and TV Guests have full access to the common areas of the apartment such as the kitchen and living room as well as the shared bathroom and are not allowed to enter the rooms of other guests. I want my guests to have their privacy, but I also want them to know that I am always available. I receive them personally upon arrival and try to see if they like to talk or if they prefer to show them the boat and leave them alone. However, I will always be available to give you any information you may need in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Urbanisation of Neudel was built in 2010 and is located in a quiet area, considered one of the best areas to live in Lisbon due to the excellent road access that allows quick access to downtown Lisbon and the whole Sintra area. There are several good restaurants nearby, from the economic to the high quality ones, as well as Aldi and Lidl supermarkets by the IC19 roundabout (2 minutes by car). There is also a huge car park in front of the building This room is a great option for those who have a car and do not want to waste time looking for parking or paying almost as much for the park as for the room. - Car - The access by car is excellent as we are near the Damaia road junction where the 3 main highways of Lisbon are crossed (IC19, CRIL and the Second Circular) - Airport - From the airport the best option is to catch a Uber. It takes about 15 minutes - Buses - In terms of public transport, the following options exist: - Bus 109 to Reboleira metro station (15min) and from here to the city centre (20min) - Bus 109 to Damaia train station (10 min) and from here to the city center (15 min) - Bus 711 to Praça do Comércio (downtown) (28min). - Check-in - The check-in is after 5 p.m. to make sure we have time to do the cleaning. Arriving a little early? We are very flexible when it comes to check-in and whenever possible, we make it easy for you to check in early or even leave your luggage. Contact us in case you need another time. - Check-out - On the day of departure, guests must leave their accommodation no later than 11:00 a.m., so that owners have time to prepare for the next guests who arrive. Do you have a delayed flight or would you like to leave a little later? We are very flexible when it comes to check-out and whenever possible we make it easy for you to check out later or even leave your luggage a little longer. Please contact us in case you need another time. - Noise - Lisbon is a vibrant and lively city and Alfama is one of its most effervescent districts. This apartment is right in the centre, so you shouldn't wait nights with the tranquillity of a country house. Respect other people by keeping things on the quieter side between 10pm and 8am. If you want to listen to music use the headphones, remember that other people need to rest. - Parties - If you come to Lisbon to have fun at parties, you have chosen an excellent city to do so. Unfortunately, not in our apartment. Although we're sure this won't happen, complaints from neighbours due to noisy behaviour will get you invited out. It's not good for you and it's not good for us - Number of guests - We also ask you to respect the number of people you booked and paid when you made the reservation. We understand that for various reasons, you may want someone else to stay with you. In that case, please contact us. We are reasonable people and we lodge whenever possible. - Animals - Pets are part of the family, right? It's a tacit understanding of all pet owners. Unfortunately, cleaning costs after pets' stays are huge and in order to avoid allergies for subsequent guests, we do not allow their stay. We also have the problem of smell. No one who owns a pet thinks their house smells like their pet. But anyone who does not have pets and enters a house with animals will immediately detect the smell. The house would have to be open for 2 or 3 days for the smell to disappear and that is very expensive. - SEF - By law, we are obliged to report some personal data of each guest to the Aliens and Border Service (SEF). After the information is sent to the SEF, the personal data is destroyed.
