Private room in Drummoyne

It’s a private room in the house located in Drummoyne. This place has a separate entrance from my house and has 3 bedrooms for Airbnb with common areas: sharing kitchen, bathroom and lounge. All 3 rooms located in different parts of the house and quite distanced from each other, don’t have common walls. So it’s very private place to stay. Guests can use lounge, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, backyard with bbq zone. It’s separate block from my house. So it’s a lot of privacy. I am happy to help 24/7 It’s private houses area located in 3 minutes walk to Bay Run. There are plenty street parking around the house.
