"El patio de Francisca" is Cozy 70m2 loft apartment with private patio, 20min walk from Plaza Castilla. In the North area of the city, you will be in a residential area with quick access by car: -Airport at 20 min without traffic -IFEMA at 15 min without traffic -Chamartin train station at 15 min without traffic -Cuatro Torres business area at 10min without traffic Upon entering the apartment, you will find the bedroom with a trundle bed that transforms into two 90cm single beds. Then, there is the living-room/dining area with a sofa, television and the equipped kitchen (with blender, mixer), the double bed is located in the loft of the living room accesible though stairs. At the end of the apartment, you will find the inner patio to enjoy quietly. The apartment also has a bathroom. IMPORTANT WARNING: The double bed is located upstairs in a loft which can be accessed by the stairs shown in the photo. The loft has a maximum height of 125cm and is open to the living room. Next to the Rodriguez Sahagún and Ventilla parks. With great corners to reach on foot, it is also well connected with bus and metro. It's a very warm and cozy space ideal for any kind of stay. Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. In the property, there is available heating. The property is groundfloor level and has an independent access from the street. The parking area, it can be difficult to find a parking space and it is also limited and paid.
