Our lovely spacious home is in a very central convenient location. Only 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the city. Good size bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 outdoor living areas. Main lounge opens out to a lovely private patio surrounded by trees, and lovely greenery. There are both two separate bathrooms and toilets. Wake up to the sounds of the birds and on occasion the sound of the beautiful Tui bird. High chair and cot available on request. Downstairs there is a double bedroom which opens up to another lounge room, bar and poker table. Perfect for unwinding after a long day. Guests have access to a fully equipped spacious modern kitchen, dining room and laundry. Guests also have access to two separates lounges with a TV in each lounge. Welcome to use the barbecue and relax in the outdoor table and chairs. Parking available for up to 3 cars. Owner can be contacted by mobile for assistance or help. Situated down a shared right of away well off the main road in a safe neighbourhood. Only 5 minutes walk to a park. 10 minutes to the bus stop or a 20 minute walk to Avondale train station. The house is located in a quiet residential suburb with neighbours closeby.
