In der Unterkunft finden Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten für den idealen Aufenthalt. Koch- und Backmöglichkeiten, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Geschirrspülmaschine und einen Fernseher mit Blu-ray-Spieler und DVD-Sammlung. Nutzen Sie den Tisch zum Arbeiten oder speisen, oder machen Sie es sich auf dem großzügigen Sofa bequem. Zum Schlafen finden Sie ein großes bequemes Bett auf der Maisonette-Ebene, welche Sie über eine Treppe erreichen. Alternativ kann auch das Sofa im Erdgeschoss ausgeklappt und als Schlafplatz für 2 Personen hergerichtet werden. Um sich vor Ort zurecht zu finden, stehen Ihnen ein Gästehandbuch mit vielen nützlichen Informationen, ein Stadtplan sowie Rad- und Wanderführer und Reiseliteratur zur Verfügung. Das Sofa im Erdgeschoss kann ausgeklappt und als 2 zusätzliche Schlafplätze hergerichtet werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Stadt Hochheim einen Tourismusbeitrag erhebt in Höhe von 2 Euro pro Erwachsenem und Nacht für Reisen aus privatem Anlass. ************ Everything is within reach of this accommodation. Weather a walk to the historic town centre, or by bus and train to Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz, or by car within a few minutes on the motorway. Hochheim has excellent connections to the entire region. In the house you will find all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. You can cook and bake. There is a refrigerator with freezer, a dish washer and a TV with Blu-ray player and a multilingual DVD/blu-ray collection. Have a seat at the table for work and meals or make yourself comfortable on the couch. On the upper level (maisonette) you will find a comfortable queen size bed, which you reach via a stair. As an alternative you can adapt the sofa on the ground floor to a 2-person bed. For your orientation you will find a guest manual with helpful information in English and travel literature in German. The couch on the ground floor can be extended and prepared as an additional double bed. Please note that visitors who travel for private purposes have to pay a tourism fee of 2 Euros per adult and per night. I am obligated to forward the fee to the city of Hochheim. Das Haus ist eigenständig mit einem eigenen Eingang. Nur die Waschmaschine befindet sich im angrenzenden Nebenhaus und kann nach Absprache genutzt werden. ************ The house has a separate entry. Die Hochheimer Altstadt, welche ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernt liegt, ist als bezaubernde und malerische historische Altstadt bekannt und zeugt mit ihren niedlichen Gutshöfen von der langen Tradition des Weinbaus in dieser Gegend. Direkt am Stadtrand werden edle Tropfen wie z.B. Fürst Metternich-Sekt angebaut. Weingüter wie z.B. das Weingut Künstler haben deutschlandweiten Rang und Namen und bieten Direktverkauf an. Zahlreiche atmosphärische Restaurants, Weinstuben und Straußenwirtschaften laden zum dinieren ein. Der Hochheimer Markt Anfang November geht auf das 15.
