West Cornwall, dog friendly, large family home 10-15 min.s walk from the beach. We have a large balcony, Swedish wood fired hot tub + large garden increasingly dedicated to wildlife and contemplation . Praa Sands, 4 bedroom house, large balcony with sea view next to golf course. Swedish wood fired hot tub and lit space for dining outdoors. Large sandy beach at bottom of hill (10 minutes walk) where there is also a village shop, pub and pizza restaurant. Parking for 2 cars, 10 minutes from coast path and 3 min.s walk to bus stop. Access to whole house and garden, but we use the garage for our own storage. Bedroom 1 has one wardrobe locked. We are always available by phone and text. Peaceful residential neighbourhood, great access for coastal/ country walks and beach. Lots of National Trust and other gardens a short drive away. 10 minute drive to St. Micheal’s mount. St Ives accessible via park and scenic train from St. Erth (15 minutes drive). Car is most flexible, but we are on bus route and cycling is scenic from Penzance, Hayle or St. Erth rail stations As we have dogs they have chewed some of the corners of our sofa and table legs.
