Close to the achimota mall, pubs and restaurant and 30 minutes drive to the airport. Comes with luxurious furnishings and fittings with a wine chiller in the bedroom. Free English breakfast provided. Don't be deceive, this property is not far from the town center. It's about 25 minutes to Osu. This property offer luxury at an affordable price. Each room has it's own ensuite bathroom so bathroom is not shared. It comes with two sitting areas. One down stairs and another upstairs which are shared by guests so there's some sort of privacy. There's is a kitchen which is shared with other guest. We have an inhouse cook who can prepare you lunch and dinner for a small fee. Guest can assess all parts of the property I am always a phone call away and there’s a caretaker always available who will assist you Forget the hype of East legon and airport residential etc, I have properties in those locations but I will always choose tantra hill where this property over those locations because of its serenity and security and easy access to all locations and amenities. The property is 10 mins drive from the Achimota mall, one of the biggest mall in Ghana, 15 mins drive to the achimota golf course, the biggest golf course in Ghana. Its about 25 mins drive to the airport. There's a sport club 5 mins walk from the property where you can use the gym and tennis court. 10 minutes away from the property is the busy achimota mile 7 which has a vibrant night life. You can also easily get to down town with an uber or bolt which is about 25 mins from the property Guest will have to contribute $16 per week towards electricity.
