Framlingham quiet, private, very close to centre

The Annex has it's own private entrance. For this year we have completely refurbished and improved the accommodation. The space is 20th Century modern comprises a main bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, a kitchen area and a shower room with a first floor living / chill area / with streaming facility and old school record deck. Nearby is the a 14th Century Castle, the Mere and Gothic Framlingham College plus lovely local shops, cafes and restaurants. The Annex is only 5 minutes from the centre of Town yet very private and quiet with a compact south facing outdoor seating area. Because this is a no-through road we do not have much passing traffic. Tuesday the bins are collected at 07:00 if you wonder what the noice is !!! We DO NOT have a TV licence / Aerial, hence no FREEVIEW which excludes BBC live ITV live etc , the TV is a smart TV connected to the internet, there is Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITV, More 4, YouTube etc and many more Apps. Streaming music through a Hi Fi system We would suggest that you bring along any online login details with you I.e. BBC Iplayer etc. Our aim was to create a modern and yet comfortable space for our guests to relax in. It has a spacious powerful shower with plenty of hot water, a very comfortable bed, with a selection of seating options to help make you comfortable. We have also created a dining area which can be used and folded away. The upstairs living area (steepish steps) has a Bluetooth stereo system, and a computer workstation desk, furnished with mid 20th Century leather danish swivel chair Charles Eames DAR chairs perfect for listening to music or reading that novel you bought away with you, or Yoga, excercise. We are fortunately connected now to a BT super fast fibre broadband running at speeds of 128kbps connection in the Annex is vey good upstairs or in the bedroom. The Main Annex and outside seating area We like to make guests welcome, if a late arrival there is a key safe outside the front door of the property, any arrival time is acceptable there will be one car space at the front of the main house available for guests. We like to interact with our guests and help out with any questions or advice on restaurants and places to visit, part of the fun being on Airbnb Framlingham is an historical town with the famous castle on the hill connection, that ginger boy, the annex is a 5 minute walk in a quite part of the town from the centre, with many shops and restaurants there is a recently opened Italian restaurant owned by Ruth Watson, with excellent food. The Crown Hotel is the man hotel with bar in the town serving good luncheons and evening meals, good outside seating. The Station public house is a great gastro pub, the one to beat in the town. There is a very good deli, a cooperative supermarket, petrol stations, library, hairdressers, pharmacy, cafes etc, estate agents Framlingham can be reached by bus from Ipswich, unfortunately as elsewhere in the country a very limited service. We have BT super fast fibre broadband which provides excellent speed for work downloads, video conferences or streaming films etc
