Private Resort just an hour away from Manila

Farm Breeze Resort is only 30 minutes away from Balintawak, Manila via NLEX. It's a big place for a quick weekend getaway with friends and family. It is a private resort that you can rent for 12 hours, or 24 hours (AirBNB pricing is currently for 24 hours). We have plenty of rooms that can accommodate up to a maximum of 25 guests, and the swimming pool is big enough for 50 guests. We have ample parking spaces around the area. Guests will have access to the public amenities such as swimming pool, public toilet and bath, as well as a small open pavilion where they can cook, eat, and rest. COMMUTE: From Manila, you may ride any of the following from: ● CUBAO (buses riding north to Baliwag, Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija) o Five Star or Baliwag Transit ● 5TH AVENUE (buses or vans riding north to Pulilan, Baliwag, Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija) o Shuttle vans, Five Star, Baliwag Transit ● NORTH EDSA (buses or vans riding north to Pulilan, Baliwag, Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija) o Shuttle vans, Five Star, Baliwag Transit Tell the conductor/driver to drop you off at Pulilan Junction, near the public market. Go to the jeepney terminal in front of the Pulilan Market Place. Ride a jeepney going to CALUMPIT. Ask the driver to drop you off at the TIBAG/DULONG MALABON street. Ride a tricycle going to FARM BREEZE RESORT. BY PRIVATE VEHICLE: • From Balintawak, take the North Luzon Expressway northbound. • Drive for approximately 30 minutes and exit via PULILAN exit. Toll fee from Balintawak to Pulilan is PHP 109. • Upon exit, turn right. In 300m (or 1 min drive), turn left at the first main street (Pulilan-Baliuag Diversion Road). • Go straight for 1.5 KM. And turn left on the first street. • Before reaching the Dulong Malabon Elementary School, you will see the Farm Breeze Resort sign on your left. Look for a gray gate inside the compound – it will lead you to the resort. Note: Best to use (Hidden by Airbnb) MAPS instead of Waze when driving to the resort. We only accept guests who are fully vaccinated. Show your vaccine card upon entry. If individual is not yet vaccinated, a negative PCR or Antigen test (taken 2 to 3 days before check in) will be accepted.
