Rent a room – get a large flat almost to yourself!

A nice, calm, airy room in a 100 sq. meter flat, full of charm and light. You'll be surrounded by restaurants, shops, parks and cultural venues! The flat is very central and you're just 2 minutes' walk from the City Tunnel (by Triangeln). It's a big flat, so we won't feel cramped sharing it! The building is from the beginning of the 20th century with high ceilings and beautiful moldings. The tall windows let in a lot of light on two sides. In the secluded inner yard there are several sitting areas and a beautiful 100 year old walnut tree. From the large and airy bedroom you have a beautiful view of the yard. There's a king size continental bed, a flatscreen TV and excellent storage possibilities (several wardrobes). There's wifi (fibre broadband) throughout the flat. The flat also consists of a big living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with another dining table. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. When you rent a room you will access to about 100 square meters, so you won't be cramped! If you arrive here from Copenhagen (Kastrup) you just catch the train from the airport going to Malmö. The trip takes 18 minutes, and the train stop is Malmö Triangeln. Leave the station through the south entrance (Smedjegatan), then you have two minutes to walk to the flat. If you arrive at Malmö Airport, the Airport Coach (Flygbussarna) stops at Södervärn, one of the city's main bus terminals, and just a minutes walk from here. Welcome and have a pleasant stay! You can use the entire flat, except the second bedroom, which is mine. I will greet you when you arrive and answer and answer any questions you might have. During your stay, if I'm not in the flat, you can reach me on my mobile if you need help or advice. The square Möllevångstorget is a stone's throw away from the flat. There's a picturesque farmers' market there 7am - 3pm every day except Sunday, and lots of ethnic shops around it. The atmosphere is lively and international and you won't be bored! You also won't lack restaurants, and if you prefer to do your own cooking in the flat, there's a grocery store on the next corner. With a two minute walk (it's only 340 meters away!) you reach the City Tunnel, which takes you to Copenhagen in half an hour, or further north in Sweden. You're only a ten minute walk from the newly refurbished Triangeln shopping mall, and from there, there's a pedestrian street leading to the old city center (where you will be after another ten minutes on foot). There are plenty of buses one minute away (Södervärn) and the main hospital is just around the corner. The flat is central and in a very lively, vibrant area, but there's double glazing in all the windows, and the bedroom faces the inner yard, so it's mostly very quiet.
