Nice cottage w/ terrasse and heated swimming-pool

A welcoming ground-floor cottage, in a beautiful garden. The accommodation opens directly on to a private terrace in an intimate garden, only 10 meters from the heated swimming-pool (may to september). We welcome you to the very heart of Marseillan for a calm and relaxing stay. Our house is a typical 'vigneronne', superb Languedocienne wine-grower’s house from the 19th century … It is the perfect spot to relax and take it easy away from the stresses and strains of everyday life. The cottage can sleep 4 people, 2 persons in the separate bedroom and 2 persons in the sofa bed. It is all equipped, with a modern kitchen and large bathroom. Pleasingly decorated with care and attention, the cottage is a new building, where we took care of respecting the same style of our house. You are a short walk from the old port (2 mins), where you can enjoy sitting one of the many terraces of the diverse bars and restaurants. We are just a stone’s-throw from the étang de Thau and within easy reach of the local vineyards and the Mediterranean with its rolling, sandy beaches. Marseillan is a small fishing port situated on the banks of the étang de Thau and is at the start/finish of the World Heritage acclaimed Canal du Midi. There are numerous sporting and leisure activities immediately on-hand from simply walking, cycling and swimming, to sailing, kite-surfing, wake-boarding, and golf. Within minutes you can find yourself enjoying a picnic amongst chateaux and vineyards; strolling along the canal du Midi; relaxing on the beach; cruising past oyster-beds on the étang; visiting the fascinating and historic local towns of Sète and Pézenas with their markets, antiques, galleries and shops.
