In walking distance of all local amenities including 2 supermarkets, swimming pool, cinema, all local bus stops, ferry service, 3 distilleries and a host of local pubs and restaurants. Double glazed windows and gas central heating ensure a warm stay in the wee toon. Any special requirements available on request - see other notes in description for cleaning arrangements. All of the essentials and close to amenities. Very large living room and master bedroom with a generous sized bathroom and kitchen. Light warm and welcoming space with huge storage cupboards for luggage of required. All of it. I give guests all the space they require however live close by if help is required. Airbnb messaging is the easiest way to contact me as the local mobile signal is not strong enough to penetrate a lot of local properties. This is Campbeltown - everybody knows everybody! Our post covid cleaning includes all surfaces, light switches and handles on top of our previous high standards. Really convenient location for all local amenities and attractions - All bus and ferry connections are within walking distance. Despite being right in the middle of town the flat is mostly very quiet and feels very private however on Friday and Saturday nights you can get a bit of noise from the local pubs. Taxi - around the corner. Bus - around the corner. A list of transport and local amenities is available in the flat. Parking is available in the square adjacent to the flat in all but 2 weeks of the year. You can walk to all of the distilleries and pubs in town. The bus stop for Machrahanish golf course is a block away. The ferry terminal is a 7 minute walk at most and if you want to go further afield, you can hire a car within a block of the flat. It is a town centre flat. Expect noise from the pubs on the weekend - they shut at 1 AM and are quiet by 1.30.
