Great slopes, walks and much more!

located at Campo Carlo Magno, the flat is on the second floor with a beautiful view and it has 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom, separable kitchen, living, 2 balconies and an enclosed heated car space. 5 min walk from the slopes, perfect for families! Very comfortable flat, close to the slopes, close to many beautiful walks in the mountain and 10 minute drive or bus to the stunning Madonna di Campiglio with all its facilities and retails . Very quiete location, close to the skiing school, to the market, to few restaurant and well served by public transport. Because there is a boiler the only limitation is that there is a limited amount of hot water, therefore for example if there are 6 people they might have to shower 3 in the morning and 3 after a few hours to give the boiler the time to fill up with hot water again. Minimum 2 nights, we might offer discount on weekly or more reservation ; all towels and bed linen are included, excluded are 70 euros for the cleaning and 300 as a caution. The arrival time as to be agreed and can t be later than 8 pm. No pets and no smoking. I love that everything is convenient and the area is very quiet and relaxing but if you want people or shopping you have all of that 5 min away ! The bus stop is 5 min walk from the house
