Completely renovated in 2021, this raised ground floor has a large 40 m2 living room (living room-dining room-kitchen) for maximum conviviality, 5 bedrooms including 2 with their showers (6 double beds and 4 single), 2 Bathrooms with SAUNA and BALNEO. The apartment opens directly onto a very large raised terrace (on one level for the apartment), belonging to the condominium, which you can fully enjoy (safe snow games for children in winter, appreciable exterior in summer ... ) It is not equipped to eat there, however our dining table is placed just in front of the large French window which opens very widely, what happiness in fine weather ... The terrace is a real plus in all seasons; it gives access to a nice green space. You will find in our apartment facing the slopes, in the heart of the resort, all the comfort and equipment necessary for a dream vacation: - Free WIFI. - Linen (sheets and towels) provided free of charge for weekly rentals or possibility of rental from the concierge. - The living room is equipped with a large connected screen and all the bedrooms with flat screens. - 4 bedrooms and a Mountain REFUGE style dormitory for children and adults. - High chair and cot available. - Plenty of storage space and large bed-boxes in all bedrooms. - Oven, Microwave oven, induction hob, 2 refrigerators, freezer, Dishwasher, coffee makers and espresso with ground coffee, kettle, Toaster, Fondue, Raclette, Washing machine, tumble dryer. - Large private and secure SKIROOM (or bicycle storage room) on site with boot dryer and glove dryer. - Very large closed garage that can easily accommodate 2 cars under the apartment. - Possibility to rent an additional covered parking space (about 10 minutes walk from the apartment) for 50 euros. - "End of stay cleaning" option at 120 euros, adjustable either via Airbnb or directly. - A welcome hygiene kit for the needs of the first few days (toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bag, dishwasher tablet, sponge, cloth, disposable mop) will be waiting for you on your arrival. You will be greeted on site by ANgélique, DElphine or MArion from the ANDEMA concierge agency. They will offer you reductions from their partner brands for the rental of equipment, as well as many other services (purchase of skipass passes, etc.) and experiences.
