Large bedroom in private flat. Perfect location: 3 minutes walk from Birgu and from Valletta Ferry. Set on the 1st floor of a traditional maisonette, the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in this amazing small traditional maltese village. The very large room has a double bed, full TV set and a couch that can be turned into a large single bed. Kitchen si fully equipped and set on the same space. The house starts at the first floor: a private entrance will lead you to the entrance room, where you have enough storage capacity and the possibility to leave bags and external clothes. From the entrance you will be able to access a bathroom, the sleeping room and the kitchen (annexed to the bedroom, but well separated) The large sleeping room has a couch and all standard set for pleasant stay. Lights is naturally coming from several windows overlooking the marina. A fully equipped kitchen (Fridge, Oven, induction pan, dishwasher) has a small table for up to 4 guests. The house has been entirely restorated in 2017 and has all amenities for a pleasant stay. On booking you will receive the code to open the house entrance and the flat main door:in that way you will not need any appointment to get your holiday's keys. You can arrive at whatever time, in total safety and independence. The entire apartment is air conditioned and heated. Extremely easy to get connected to the island: - the ferry to valletta is 4 minutes walk away (type valletta ferry services in a search engine) - equal distance from both bus stops to Valletta and rest of the island. Bus stop Riche has connection with buses 2-3-4 and 124-213 (type malta transport on a search engine) - at the birgu marina (1 minute away) water taxis are also available daily (2/3 euro per person to Valletta) The flat is located in the center of Birgu, right after the bastion entrance. It has an excellent view on the port, as well as overlooking the town, the grand harbour and valletta from the roof terrace. All amenities are less than 3-5 minutes walk. On a Sunday the small flea market of Birgu is also walking distance.
