The management of the homestay reserves the rights to change the pricing structure listed in Room Rates prior to the booking confirmation. All prices quoted upon booking confirmation is final. 2. Upon booking, guest are required to settle the full payment for the stay & pay an upfront security deposit of one-night stay. Upon check-out, the management will check for the damages / loss during your stay. If all is in order, the security deposit will be fully refunded via interbank transfer. 3. Payment method: Payment of one-night homestay charge for booking is via interbank transfer only. 4. Check-in time: 3pm; Check-out time 11am 5. Late check-out is subject to additional room charges (50% of the homestay amount charges if check out later than 11 am; 100 % of the homestay amount charges if check out later than 3pm) 6. Reservations are confirmed only after full payment via interbank transfer of 1-night homestay paid. 7. Cancellation / Amendment on confirmed reservations must be made 7 days before the check-in date but subject to availability and additional charges. Cancellation made 7 days prior to check-in will be refund with 30% of the deposit. Each confirmed reservation may only be amended once after which the full payment will be forfeited. 8. Additional guest for overnight stay will be charge Rm (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) /night. 9. To ensure peace & calamity of the homestay, guest are discourage from making too much noise in the homestay premises after 12 am. 10. The following are not allowed on the homestay premises; Smoking (indoors), durians, excessive alcohol consumption & pets. Violation of this rule is subjected to a penalty of Rm (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Home stay guest are prohibited from bringing in durians, or any food with strong stench in the premises. 12. Loss of each key / tag is subject to a penalty of Rm (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Kindly use with care the homestay amenities as damages will be at your cost. 14. Guest are advised to switch off all lights and air-conditioner when leaving the room. Violation of this rule is subjected to a penalty of Rm (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Cleanliness of the homestay is to be observed at all times. 16. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and actions will be taken on the offenders. 17. Airport transfer, travel arrangements & other services (besides the accommodation) is subject to additional charges (to be advised by the service provider). 18. Homestay guest are only allowed to use the kitchen to cook light dishes, i.e. soups, instant noodles, steamed dishes.
