Chill at Cullen Bay

Two comfortable, furnished AC rooms with their own share bathroom in a waterfront home at Cullen Bay. Pricing is per room and each room has it's own listing, the second room is titled 'Cullen Bay Treat'. The location is fantastic, a stroll to the beach, just 1km to Mindil Beach Markets & Sky City Casino. a great variety of restaurants, and the best sunsets in town. There is a regular bus service and the CBD is about 2 km. There are two queen size rooms available for rent: 'Chill at Cullen Bay' and 'Cullen Bay Treat'. Each has its own AirBnB listing and are available for short term rental of between 1 night and up to 10 weeks or longer for the right people. Pricing is per room. We are a mature couple who enjoy hosting visitors. The two spare bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet are all located close to together on the upper level. Other facilities in the house will be shared. There is a second bathroom and toilet on the ground level available for guest use. Cullen Bay is a fantastic location with it’s own beach offering the best sunsets in town. The iconic Mindil Beach markets are easy walking distance and Parap markets are a 5 minute drive away. There are numerous restaurants along the waterfront at Cullen Bay for dining or you can cook up a feast on the outdoor BBQ deck at home while relaxing in the infinity pool overlooking the marina. East Point, the CBD and Nightcliff are all only 5 to 10 minutes drive away. There is a public bus route through Cullen Bay to take you to the city. We also have two pushbikes with helmets available for guest use. The rooms are not serviced daily, however a spare set of fresh towels and washing facilities will be available during your stay. Tea coffee and milk will be provided and there is ample fridge space for guests to use. We enjoy having house guests and are available for a chat but will also respect your space and privacy. Cullen Bay Estate is the premium place to live I Darwin and our house is surrounded by upper market properties and holiday units. There are two pushbikes with helmets and locks available for free use by guests. Guests will have access to the spacious ground floor living area including cooking and washing facilities. The latest addition is a brand new pool table. There is a BBQ and outdoor patio setting and a lovely salt water plunge pool which overlooks the marina. NBN Wi-Fi is provided for guests. Upstairs, in addition to your own air-conditioned bedroom, there is one bathroom with a separate toilet shared between the two bedrooms. Another bathroom and toilet are available downstairs. We enjoy having house guests and are available for a chat but will also respect your space and privacy. Cullen Bay Beach has a lovely lawn area which is very popular for watching the spectacular Darwin sunsets. With Mindil Beach just 1 km away and the CBD 2 km, this is the perfect location. Many of the day tour buses visit Cullen Bay and there is a regular bus service to the city. We are within easy walking distance to the famous Mindil Beach markets. There are cafes, restaurants and shops in easy walking distance in Cullen Bay. Fishing and sunset charters are also based in the Marina. We have two push bikes available for guest use. The bedrooms are on the upper level and there is an internal staircase. NBN Wi-Fi access is provided. We supply tea and coffee but not breakfast. A great range of cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance. As the is no curfew at Darwin airport, a lot of flights arrive very early in the morning. I can offer you 50% off the previous night's rate if you would like to check-in outside of normal check-in times of between 2pm & midnight.
