Elia House

"Elia House" is a holiday house on the North Coast of Corfu, only 2 min driving (10 min walking) from Kalamaki beach and Saint Spyridon beach, located in a green private estate full of olive trees. It has two spacious bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment & electrical appliances, bathroom, a veranda overlooking the beautiful garden, playground for small kids, garden furniture and Bbq. It has free wifi, A/c and screens on the windows.A baby cot can be provided upon request. "Elia" is ideal for families with young children since its large garden is ideal for outside play. In the garden there is also a Bbq, a beautiful gazebo, outdoor furniture and sunbeds, as well as a hammock for beautiful moments of relaxation inside the deep green characteristic color of the Corfiot nature. In addition there is a slide, a swing and a bicycle for young children. The house offers relaxation and comfort, in a peaceful and friendly environment in the corfiot nature, while at the same time it is very close to two of the most beautiful sandy beaches of North Corfu with crystal clear waters. Also it is a few minutes away from the famous tourist resorts of Kassiopi and Acharavi – Roda. About 5 klm away (5 minutes by car) there is a water park (Hydropolis water park), which will make children very excited. 7 kilometers away is the famous Old Traditional Settlement of Old Perithia. Mini markets, taverns and cafeteria-gelateria are just a few meters from the house. The property can be reached from the airport and Corfu town by car, taxi or bus. Free private parking is available in the accommodation. In addition, if you want to visit the attractions of the area you can choose the local bus (Green bus). The bus stop is next to the accommodation (about 20 meters). With Green bus you can go to the nearby Kalamaki - Apraos beach, visit the tourist resort of Kassiopi, Corfu town etc. Also, in the nearby area there is a car rental service. In the estate there are two houses, “elia House” and “the Olive Garden House” (at a distance of about 20 meters between them). That makes the accommodation ideal for friends and families, who want to spend their holidays as a big group since both the houses can accommodate up to 10 people, if you book them together (please check availability).
