2 bedroom ground floor apartment (sleeps 4) on the La Envia Golf and Wellness Resort. We only let the whole apartment to single groups at any time - no sharing. Private gated community. Furnished to a high standard. Large veranda. 18 hole golf course and 5* hotel on site. 2 minutes walk from the hotel. 25 minutes drive from Almeria Airport. 10 minute drive to the beach. The Costa Almeria is a stunning part of the Andalusia, with beautiful beaches, mountains and national parks. Deluxe apartment on the La Envia Golf & Wellness Resort — a private gated community — just outside of Roquetas de Mar, only 25 minutes from Almeria airport. We've furnished this 2 bedroom ground floor apartment to our own high standards and it features a large veranda, fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine), parking immediately outside or private indoor car park, quality leather corner sofa, quality beds, ceiling fans in all rooms, Air Conditioning, digital TV, DVD player, use of hotel facilities and much more. The hotel offers everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel, including heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools and use of Wi-Fi. For a small fee payable locally, you will be able to enjoy the use of both pools and other amenities. There is also a country club at the hotel which is connected to the golf course. It's worth mentioning that you will probably need a car during your stay, as the resort is built into the mountainside overlooking the Mediterranean and is a few minutes drive away from the local amenities. However, everything is within easy reach (the nearest supermarket is only 5 minutes drive) and you'll find the beach resorts of Roquetas de Mar and Aguadulce (more on these later) just 10-15 minutes away, with Almeria just 20 minutes away. The times I'm quoting here are literally how long it takes from La Envia to parking up at the beach or town centres. On the La Envia resort is a fantastic 18 hole golf course with spectacular views, a 5 star hotel with bar & dining facilities, and a wellness centre. All of these are available at a charge, but are right on site. We have a fantastic team on site who will meet and greet you and see to any needs you may have. The La Envia urbanisation is a gated community and is very safe for families. We recommend a car when you visit our apartment.
