City Lights is our breezy town apartment. A few minutes walk to stadium, cinemas, supermarket, Palmer St restaurant precinct, Flinders Street nightclubs, CBD, Cotters Markets and the Strand. Public transport to University, Hospital. NBN unlimited broadband, plus Netflix. The apartment complex is residential, so absolutely no parties (or hosting non-guests on site), but feel free to enjoy the facilities of swimming pool/spa, bbq and tennis court. The apartment is bright, clean, open plan and sleeps a maximum of four adults. (Two bedrooms, with queen size bed in each, two bathrooms, (one ensuite, one with bathtub). The apartment has a lovely relaxed feel and is a great place to unwind, overlooking the river and park. There are lots of lovely restaurants close by, our favourites are Jam Corner, Bridgewater and a Touch of Salt, all just a short walk away. The Cotters Market on Sunday mornings is a great place to pick up market fresh fruit and vegetables. The apartment has a coffee machine, and quality linens, as well as basic pantry items. It is perfect for couples, business travellers, and families. Please review the cancellation policy (let me know if you have any questions about covid before booking). It is recommended you take travel insurance. 24 hours check in. Secure, gated entrance. Secure gated carparking. We live locally, so can help guests with any questions or assistance immediately. There is an off-street secure undercover carpark, but the apartment is walking distance to all city destinations, and very close to public transport (Sunbus) that goes to James Cook University and the Hospital. Apartment is on the second floor, great for the views but some stairs. Our apartment is very close to the new stadium, there may be noise on game nights.
