The garden is set on 4 tiers, including BBq area and secure bike storage. From the garden gate the mountain bike link trail is a mere 20m away. The local Chapel site dates back to 1743 and the current Chapel built in 1843 survives on the same site. The Afan Forest Park is a 48-square-mile forest park in Britain. It is set in the Afan Valley in Neath Port Talbot, in south Wales. It is well known for its mountain biking and hiking or hillwalking trails. It is situated nine miles from Junction 40 of the M4. Further afield there are Country Parks, Museums, Shopping areas, Beaches and Arts & Entertainment facilities. All in all an area of outstanding beauty with plenty going on for families and the more adventurous among us. There is a popular bar and restaurant within 10mins walk of the rear of the property along the trail path by the river.
