Lovely Llanbedr house

Three bedroom house in a charming village in the heart of Snowdonia. A short hop to the beach (shell island being the closest) with three local pubs all in walking distance. Also ideally located near to the worlds steepest road! There are amazing views and plenty of great country walks. The house is 5 miles from Harlech and 5 miles from Barmouth, it is the perfect in-between and offers both the benefits of country escape and sea side holiday. A dog friendly house! Also disabled access. Three bedrooms, with one king size beds and two large double beds. A large open plan living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. All loving prepared for our guests. This was my grandfather's home and holds many happy memories, we hope our guests will enjoy the house and make great memories themselves! The village is a lovely quiet place to relax and enjoy all the natural beauty of the Snowdonia National park. With an outward bounds facility centre a 5 minute drive away and two beaches very close to the house. As well as the Rhaeadr Nantcol Waterfalls being less than a 10 minute drive away. There is also a shop in the village as well as a lovely tea room. Finally there are three pubs in the village which all offer food and outdoor beer gardens. We have one car parking space at the rear of the house. There is also a bus route through the village and a train station a short walk from the house.
