Holiday home in Castellammare di Stabia, located in one of the most beautiful views of the Gulf of Naples and precisely on the beautiful seafront, with breathtaking view of Mount Faito (1.120 meters above sea level) reachable by cable car in 12 minutes. In front stand the Mount Vesuvius and the islands of Ischia and Capri. The house is on the mezzanine floor in an independent building with an independent entrance, close to all services and typical shops open continuously, given the tourist vocation of the place. The house is furnished with care and sobriety and offers five bedrooms (2 with sea view), a spacious kitchen with sea view, a living room with TV, and a fitness room with sea view equipped with treadmill and exercise bike. On the ground floor at the back there is a nice space equipped and equipped with all the comforts for outdoor dining. From here a spiral staircase leads to a fabulous terrace overlooking the seafront of Castellammare di Stabia, equipped with deck chairs, table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful sunsets. Its location in the center of Castellammare di Stabia is strategic, from here you can reach the port just 400 meters with embarkment to Capri island. Pompeii 4 km, Sorrento 12 km and Amalfi-Positano- Ravello 16 km. On-site you can ask for additional services (on request and upon payment) such as: typical lunches and dinners, agreements with organizations for sea-land excursions or for water sports. Possibility to rent bikes, motorcycles, cars and boats. There are numerous supermarkets and shops just a short distance away, restaurants, characteristic pizzerias, and places that serve typical confectionery and dairy products. A holiday in this house will let you know the true culture of the place and taste and appreciate the famous local and craft. Parking in Garage upon payment and upon request. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out.
