Small house 500 meters from the beach

House of 35 m² which has just been completely renovated 500 meters from Theven beach in Santec in Brittany. It is composed of an equipped kitchen open to living room with a 2-seater convertible sofa and a TV, a bedroom with a large 160 X 200 bed, a bathroom with toilet and a large garden. Internet / Wifi in the accommodation. Available, 3 bikes, a 2-seater sea kayak and barbecue. The town of Santec is located 4 km from Roscoff and 25 km from Morlaix which is 3 hours by TGV from Paris. This is my second home that I occupy very regularly. It has all the necessary comfort. I leave the basic products available for cooking (tea towel, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, flour ...) and for cleaning (dishwashing liquid, household products ...).
