This brand new self-contained guest suite features 1 master BDRM with ensuite, 1 double BDRM, a separate bathroom, a cosy lounge, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor area. Air conditioning/heating system. Netflix and unlimited WiFi included. It is attached to our family home with your own private access. Parking for ONE car on our driveway; there are also free off-street parking. Please no smoking/vaping on the property, you can smoke outside by the street. No parties allowed. Suitable for groups of 4 to 6, this cosy home away from home is ideal for family/group outings. Or if you are looking just to break up your drive, it is a perfect haven for an overnight stop! We have a portacot and a highchair that are available for use for the much younger guests - these are kept in the master closet. You will be able to access the guest suite using a key from our lock box which you'll access upon arrival.We will leave you to enjoy your stay and will always be available via phone, text, or email if you need us further. Our home is conveniently located within walking distance of grocery stores and a few cafes. The neighbourhood is quiet and it is very convenient to go for a walk to the park. Glenfield Mall is a 7mins drive from our home and has a supermarket and a food court. Takapuna and Devonport, 10mins and 20mins drive away respectively, both have beautiful beaches and even more cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from. The ferry terminal is located in Devonport and from there, you can catch the ferry to the city, to Waiheke Island, or to Tiritiri Matangi Island and Rangitoto Island for a full day of nature. If you have your own car, you are welcomed to use ONE designated parking space in our driveway (please inform us with your booking). The motorway exits to both North & South are just 5 mins away. Bus stops are just on the main road, about 6mins walk, with buses that go to Auckland City. Otherwise Uber/Ola is easy and accessible to call.
