One of our most conveniently located apartments, it’s just a 3 minute (200m) walk to the centre of the family-friendly “car-free” village of Wengen. Bathroom 1 = bathtub with shower overhead and WC Apartment location - being just 3 minutes (200m) walk downhill from the train station, 150m to the nearest supermarket and 5 minutes (300m) to the cable car and nursery ski slopes, mountain hiking trails and ski areas are just a few steps away! There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 14-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if you require assistance to your chalet. Note that there is a king-sized double sofa bed in the living room for the 3rd & 4th guests.
