While only a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Akaroa township, it’s location at the top end of the street means there is little traffic noise in this little sanctuary. Set up with everything needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Well equipped for families with young children. The house has been fully renovated. There are four bedrooms and a spare trundler bed if required. Cot (possibly two) and high chair available. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction cooking, oven and small appliances. Stay toasty warm all year with full double glazing and both heatpump and fire heating. Complimentary wifi provided. Enjoy great views from the lounge, deck and backyard. We live an hour away in Christchurch, but are only a txt or call away if help needed. A quiet neighbourhood. The house is only a stones throw from town yet with no through traffic going past it is very quiet and the bird song is fantastic from the neighbouring bush. A few minutes walk from Central Akaroa. The local cinema is 2 minutes walk away, and bars and restaurants just a few minutes away. The supermarket, playground, and beach is another 5 minutes walk around the bay from there.
