***COVID FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS*** Located in the charming alpine village of Bohinjska Cesnjica just 6km from Lake Bohinj, Rudnica House is a typical Bohinj style farmhouse in a quiet area in the upper part of the village which has been converted into a comfortable and spacious holiday home with 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies and garden. A great base for a group of family or friends to explore the lake Bohinj area in authentic Bohinj surroundings. The rental accommodation at Rudnica house has a practical layout - all on one floor with its main entrance at the back of the house under a covered terrace next to the garden and parking area, whilst the basement and loft levels are not in use so guests have sole usage of the whole house and garden for themselves. As you enter the house there is a main corridor with three bedrooms (two double, one twin) all of a comfortable size. On the corridor is also the bathroom and separate WC. At the end of the corridor is the entry to the main living area - a large, attractive, homely open plan kitchen, dining and sitting space with balcony access. The house offers washing machine. The covered terrace at the entrance has outdoor sitting and is a nice spot for relaxing or eating meals outside, whilst kids play in the shade of a large walnut tree in the garden. The traditional wooden farmhouse balconies at the front end of the house are a lovely place to sit with partial views of forests and hills and the farmhouse rooftops of this traditional alpine Bohinj village. Discounts: * Multiple week discount: 5% on stays 7-14 days, 10% on stays 14-21 days , 15% on stays 21-28 days, 20% on stays 28-42 days, 25% on stays 42 days+ * One discount of highest value is applicable per booking Supplements: * Cleaning fee * Tourist tax is calculated based on valid regulations at the time of booking. If local regulations on tourist tax change between booking and arrival, the amount which is correct at the time of arrival will be chargeable. Pricing notes: * 20% deposit payable on reservation, 80% payable 2 weeks before arrival. Coronavirus flexible cancellation policy: * Payments are refundable to the Guest, minus applicable bank charges, in the following events applying at the time of arrival: Closure of tourism as an allowable activity / Closure of international border crossing into Slovenia, where the Guest is travelling from outside Slovenia / Ban on inter-regional or inter-municipal travel for non emergency / work purposes affecting the region where the Property is located or preventing the arrival of the Guest / Change to the quarantine regime from the time of booking to the time of arrival requiring quarantine on arrival for the Guest’s country of residence with no exemption for negative tests / vaccination status / previous infection.
