Light roomy space with outside garden 5 minutes walk from seafront 5 minutes walk to seafront , 20 minutes walk to Brighton pier and 2 minutes from Hove seafront. Rock water is nearby as is Hove lagoon Owing to covid and stringent regulations we cannot provide parking permits at this time. The local council will only issues” permits by signature post or personal collection by the property owner who does not live locally. We are hoping to be able to provide permits by March (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We have a key box enabling a flexible arrival time. We are available via text should you need to contact us for any reason during your visit. Your personal codes for the gate and the keybox will be sent via messages/ (Hidden by Airbnb) as you prefer within 24 hours of your arrival. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Great bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk on the seafront - RockWater - worth a visit as a treat. Langdale Gardens is in Zone W. There s is parking restriction for residents only between 10 and 11AM, 7 and 8PM. Scooters do come round and fine so best not to risk it. There is paid meter parking on the seafront £1 for 1 hour. Langdale Road (next road along) has paid parking via an app also. Unfortunately owing to stringent Brighton & Hove Council policies we are unable to offer parking permits at this time - hopefully by March (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) this will change. Please can guests be aware that an elderly lady lives above, thank you. The heating is programmed on a timer but can be overridden using the + and - buttons on the timer control in the hallway. Also there is a controller in the kitchen beneath the boiler. Press the button on it and the boiler will kick in. Any issues with that just call!
