Living area is built with a 3-seater brown cozy couch that you can actually turn into a bed if you prefer it that way. There is also a single-seater light grey sofa with foot rest for additional space if ever you will be having a visitor during your stay. Accentuated with matching art pieces, furniture and soft carpet, this will be your haven after a long day exploring Dubai. The marbled fully-equipped kitchen and a counter top makes it more luxurious and unique. You can prepare tasty meals in no time as the apartment's kitchen has all the necessary appliances that you might need, Cookware, silverware and dining ware is also provided. The counter-top comes with four elegant bar stools that will serve as your dining area. The apartment also comes with a private balcony and enough chairs are also provided if you want to breathe some fresh air while enjoying the incredible city views from the 30th floor. Walk yourself upstairs and this will lead you to the uniquely designed bedroom. Featuring a king-sized bed fitted with fresh-crisp linens , hotel-quality pillows and mattress plus an ensuite bathroom. What more could you ask for? Guest Access: Guests have full access to pool, gym and parking is on request. The Neighborhood: DIFC or Dubai International Financial Center is an amazing area of Dubai. It is known to be a special economic zone in the Emirate. This area houses Dubai's most luxurious restaurants (Zuma, Cipriani, La Petite Maison, to name a few) if you want to have grand meals whenever you like. Various art galleries are also nearby for those art enthusiasts. There are also retail stores that are available for you to visit whenever you feel like shopping is a good idea during your stay here. Everywhere else is quite nearby as DIFC has a close proximity to Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Zayed Road, the Dubai World Trade Centre, and the Dubai Mall. Leisure and activities are within a few minutes of taxi or metro ride. This makes DIFC an ideal stay for anyone who wishes to go and get to know Dubai more. Getting Around: The parking is available on request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi. If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Buses 27 and 29 can take you to the Dubai Mall where the Fountain is and more high-end stores and designer brands for you to shop at. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others. The nearest metro station is the Financial Centre station that is only around 10 minutes away on foot. If you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall, you can get down Damac Properties station that is connected to the tram station, which can take you to those places and more.
