Short drive to city of Angouleme for shopping, bars, restaurants, also lake side beach for swimming, play area, food, with indoor/outdoor swimming complex at minimal cost. Onsite 4metre Plunge Swimming pool will be available from May to September 2022 Entire house with 1st floor consisting of 3 large double bedrooms & 1 en-suite with shower, basin and toilet. Cot and day bed available on request. Ground floor has Large living room, with French doors leading to outside, bathroom with bath, shower toilet and wash basin and well equipped kitchen including washer, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of seating. Management team off site during stay but are available 24/7 for all of guests needs. At the end of the drive sufficient parking for 2 cars. Access to the village of Mansle and all of the amenities is a walk of about 10 minutes and is almost flat, however plenty of free parking in the village. The national road N10 is around the corner where easy access to major cities and towns is on the doorstep. As hosts we will not be available for most bookings however we provide our phone numbers and are available at any time, we do however have local support if a visit is required Plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants, super markets and outdoor swimming pool all within walking distance of the property. Easy access to wonderful picturesque villages from close by motorway Local bus service, taxis and easy access to N10 motorway for links to historical villages of the region and major cities that are close by such as Anguoleme, Bordeaux, Cognac, Poitiers as well as coastal towns.
