Cosy house with a beautiful garden

A family-friendly house with large authentic garden offers everything you need for a comfortable and perfect holiday. The house is just 25 km from Kosice (the second biggest city in the Slovak Republic) surrounded from forest and large fields. The house is renovated in a country style with a modern design. The house has a real wooden floor. You find there an entrance, dining room, kitchen, living room with a fire place and a couch which can be turn to en extra bed, bath with the toilet and 3 bedrooms. One of the bedroom - studio has inside a bath and toilet and own entrance to the terrace and garden. Second spacious bedroom is situated on the second floor in attic with large windows facing to the garden and is accessible through stairs. It has its own bath (washbowl and toilet). The third bedroom has an inbuild infrasauna. Guests are provided with clean bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, hygienic essentials, Nespresso coffee, tea, cereals, home made jam and a bottle of home made wine from the own winery... The huge garden (included grill, stylish outdoor teak table and chairs, sunshade, deckchairs, rocking net) is at your disposal. There are plenty of fruit trees and a small vineyard. I rent the house as a whole at the fixed price, regardless of whether this is only for two or 8 people. There is spacious parking place for up to 3 cars inside of the estate. On the day of your arrival, you will personally meet me or my son, who will give you the keys and answer all of your potential questions. You can easily contact me during your stay via phone or emails. There are several Unesco world heritage sites nearby. The closest heritage site is Tokaj Wine Region Historic Cultural Landscape in Hungary with excellent wines and beautiful scenery at a distance of 34 mi (or 54 km). The closest in Slovakia is Levoča, Spišský Hrad and the Associated Cultural Monuments in a distance of 44 mi (or 54 km), South. When in this area, you might want to pay a visit to some of the following locations: Trebisov, Satoraljaujhely, Sarospatak, Vranov nad Topl'ou and Gonc. You can reach the place with the public transport but I recommend you to travel by car to be more flexible. I can provide you also with my own car (Audi A.6) for additional fee.
